Notice & complaintsReport a concern about a review
We want the record to be fair and accurate. If you are a builder, or anyone who believes a published review is inaccurate, unfair, or breaches your rights, you can raise it with us and we will look into it. Every builder also has a free, permanent right of reply.
How it works
1
You tell us
Email us using the address below with enough detail for us to find the entry — the builder name and county, a link if you have one, what specifically you believe is inaccurate or unfair, and why. If you are the builder, let us know that too.
2
We acknowledge and look into it
We confirm we have received your complaint and review it against our standards: reviews must be factual, evidence-led, and come from a verified resident. Where appropriate, we contact the reviewer about the points you have raised.
3
The reviewer has a chance to respond
A complaint about a specific factual point is put to the reviewer so they can stand by it with evidence, amend it, or withdraw it. Builders also have a free, permanent public right of reply on any published entry.
4
We act on the outcome
Where a complaint is well-founded — for example a statement that is inaccurate or cannot be supported — we will amend or remove the relevant content. Where a review is accurate and properly evidenced, it stays, with your reply alongside it.
Raise a complaint
Email us with the details above and we will acknowledge your complaint and respond. Please include as much specific information as you can so we can identify the entry quickly.
